Public Hearing - Closing of Owenby Filler Road

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ABANDONMENT OF OWENBY FILLER ROAD AS A COUNTY ROAD

Notice is hereby given that the Dade County Board of Commissioners determined at its monthly meeting on February 2, 2023, that Owenby Filler Road has ceased to be used by the public to the extent that no substantial public purpose is served by it. A public hearing will be held by the Dade County Board of Commissioners on March 2, 2023, at 5:45 p.m., in the Dade County Administrative Building, 71 Case Avenue, Trenton, Georgia, to discuss whether Owenby Filler Road should be abandoned as a part of the county road system.
