Rights

Dade County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive formalities, to re-advertise and/or to award the contract in the best interest of the County, and to retain any and all proposals for a period of thirty days after the date of bid opening.

Requirements

Certificate of Liability Insurance and tax ID is required. If you have any questions about any bids listed you can email Don Townsend, Chief Financial Officer & County Clerk. Do not submit a bid by email.
